Bold figures indicate significant values. Variables with p > 0,25, when related to flow, were not included in the analysis. The excluded variables were time of day/shift, social context and affective resources.

All participants: Nagelkerke = 0.057, Hosmer and Lemeshow test p = 0.968, Prediction = 88.7%
Assistant nurses: Nagelkerke = 0.096, Hosmer and Lemeshow test p = 0.950, Prediction = 89.5%
