  1. The model showed high sampling adequacy (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure = 0.905) and the Bartlett’s test of sphericity was significant (χ = 15082.47; df = 1485; p < 0.001). The exploratory factor analysis identified eight components, explaining 49.88% of the variance (Table 2). The eight components of the PACT-HCW showed high internal consistency (Table 2).
