Conceptual model of Partnership Positioning. The process of partnership positioning consists of collaborative goals with four interrelated phases: (1) Pre-positioning, (2) Co-positioning, (3) Re-positioning and (4) GoOn-positioning with corresponding steps in each phase. In addition to the interrelationship between the four phases, interrelationships within and between the partner groups also exist. Additionally, the positions of the involved partner groups (p1, p2 and p3) are changeable through the process
