Step-by-step process of the Delphi rounds. In the first step the participants were included in the expert panel and they received the first instructions and rating matrix. In the second round the results were discussed within the research team and additional questions for the expert panel were formulated. The expert panel received the additional questions. In the last step, knowledge translation, the research team analyzed and discussed the final results
