Table 1 Inclusion and exclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria:

 1. ≥ 18 years

 2. Staff in one of the three ICUs, i.e

  a. Nurses, pediatric nurses or nursing assistants

  b. Staff from other nursing support professions, e.g. service assistants, hotel staff, secretaries

  c. Physicians

  d. Physio-, occupational- or speech therapy staff

Exclusion criteria:

 1. Trainees in nursing or therapeutic professions

 2. Students of human medicine

 3. "Reserve pool" staff
