Training and Testing Cohorts. Cohort-A (n=120) will be recruited in Year 1. Data from Cohort-A will be used to train a machine learning model for predicting burnout. Cohort-A will continue to provide data for first 6 months of 2nd year) in 2nd and 3rd quarter of Year 2 for testing prediction models. Cohort-B (n=120) will be recruited in Year 3 to validate and refine the probabilistic graphs developed using Cohort A. Cohort-C (n=120) will be recruited in mid-Year 3 as an external validation cohort
